We stay here at cygnet inn hotel in #201 stayed for 2 days already and our experience is awesome. The staff were very smiling and helpful. Cleaning person kavita is really good. At reception Alphonsa too is helpful and responsive to our request. Thank u dear cygnet staff. Hope we will enjoy more for our next 2 more days stay here.

Food was yuck. We stayed here for 2 days. Both the days, our stomach was very much upset. The bathroom floor and the room floor are same. View from balcony is horrible. There are balconies(very small and mosquito problems) for namesake. Only good thing is, the hotel is nearby to the beach.

Excellent service.staff behaviour is good.Anamul and Alphonso at reception is also good.Food is also good. Everyone at the hotel were cheerful n very helpful. Every little request were responded with a smiling face. We will recommend to our friends n relatives

This hotel doesn't have look and feel like a 4 star hotel for which we opted for. The staff is good however rooms are small. The swimming pool is not clean.|Our room WiFi wasn't working during our stay and was only available in hotel reception area. In addition our TV wasn't working, continuously had to request for assistance.|

Though the room was not up to my expectations but after seeing the services by front office team specially Alphonsa who was silent but taking keen response to our problems makes our stay comfortable and feels like our own home. Thank you once again Alphonsa for your great service. We will visit again and recommend to our friends too.

Stay was good and room were also very pleasant, staffs were very active and helpful from front desk to housekeeping. Every little help asked were positively responded. Over all a great time and an enjoying stay. Will visit again and recommend to our friends. 👍👍

We stayed for 3 nights and experience was awesome. Staff were very helpful they went beyond our expectations. Behavior of the staff is very satisfying especially Alphonso at reception was very polite.
